Overview

Presented by experienced planners; this workshop is aimed specifically at experienced planners who are moving into key management posts that require strategy development.

This course can be delivered onsite or online, although we prefer onsite. The delegate is immersed in a number of real-life case studies that they use to develop skills they have learnt.
