Case studies:
EngPro have several standard case studies developed over time covering technical, HSE, and people-performance type investigations.
For this course we typically use two medical case studies; one a failure of the care structure, the other a report and culture example.
If your group size is reasonably large, we would recommend that we discuss EngPro building a tailored company-specific case study that is naturally more relatable to your staff. Due to the time required to develop the case study we only offer this for higher numbers of courses.
