Overview

Presented by an Engineer to Engineers; the style and nature of delivery resonate with your staff, leaving them with a practical ‘toolkit’ of people management skills.

This course is ideally suited to Team Leaders. Aligning with your company’s values it gives them the skill and confidence to inspire their teams to perform. Tackling under-performance and its causes, equipping the junior manager to practically address these early. Something that is often a source of great frustration.

Key topics:

1  Behaviour/performance matrix

2  Situational leadership and flexibility of style

3   Leadership and ‘followship’

4   Coaching for performance

5   Influencing skills, performance management
