This course will start to separate a good technical ‘train fixer’ and develop them into a more rounded leader – making better decisions, managing better investigations, and contributing more to business growth.

This course, as all our workshops are, is delivered onsite at your location. The facilitator is an experienced rail executive that has been promoted through the ranks and is able to relate business importance at the right level.

The workshop is facilitated learning, using real examples from your organisation. There are a few exercises, but in the main the topics are covered in a high-impact fashion with much delegate interaction.

This course counts 8 hours CPD, for Engineering Council UKSPEC competence C.

This course can have an examination, if that is required.
