This course can be delivered onsite or online, although we prefer onsite. The delegate is immersed in a number of real-life case studies that they use to develop skills they have learnt.

Using in-class exercises, combined with practical application throughout the two days – culminating in the presentation of planning strategic recommendations. A highly interactive course that delegates thoroughly enjoy and take much from.

This course counts 8 hours CPD, for Engineering Council UKSPEC competences C and D.

Certification
If requested e-Certificates for attendance can be provided.

Examination
This course can have an examination, if that is required.
