The business case

Stakeholder engagement and management

Be in the ‘17%’ – make it stick!

“Howard, I personally really enjoyed it, thank you for supporting us in delivering this. I have already seen a shift in the way we approach and manage projects, thanks to this course.”

Sarah Worley, Head of Production

Course
delivery

This workshop has been designed around a case study of an imaginary organisation facing significant change. This study weaves its way through the whole course and allows the delegates to practice different skills and manage different characters both large and small.

The workshop concludes with a building of a recommendation to the (imaginary) Board of Directors about the change, together with an outline plan and presentation.

The course is a challenging two days – but heaps of fun.
